Weop Sensor Systems and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Safety is of course an important aspect for us on Weop Sensor Systems (WSS). Especially when it comes to our clients and their personal data. On May 25 2018, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) came into force. GDPR is a new regulation that applies in all EU countries and implies increased protection for the privacy of individuals. It also means that companies increasingly need to inform and obtain consent to handle personal information, such as names, phone numbers, email, and other relevant information related to business relationships, and projects.

How do we handle your personal information?

We on WSS takes your privacy seriously and handle all our customer personal information with great caution. WSS has its own CRM system for managing customer data. A very few people have direct access to customer information and the information is regularly managed and culled out.

Where do we store your personal information?

Weop Sensor System handles a very limited amount of customer information. All customer information is handled and stored locally. We do not store any customer information in the cloud.

WSS uses technical and other security measures to protect your data from manipulation, loss, destruction or any access by unauthorized persons.
For the communication of sensitive information, we also use encrypted email services as well as encrypted text applications.
